That someone is Sin87, whom you may remember from the recent version of the USS Enterprise released here, intended rather audaciously to match the new design, based solely on the scant visual evidence we've received to date. These models use stock Legacy textures, and perhaps it's to the author's credit that those textures be used since they look pretty nice. Not only that, but this justifies the inclusion of the Proxima class, converted by Sin87 from Legacy into Armada II because he got tired of waiting. When you want something done.... do it yourself.
