names aside, the ship itself uses stock Federation weapons, and it's not exactly clear how a stock assault ship would take over a donut. The silliness surrounding donuts is fairly well known but the mod you're seeing here, aside from a single new .SOD, offers little else to commend itself to the casual gamer's attention. Simply putting a "donut" theme on a poor effort doesn't explain away this design's deficiencies. Perhaps worst of all, the mod includes absolutely no help in the traditional form, what we call a "readme". Including a readme is intended for the benefit of the newcoming modder and the experienced gamer alike. It simplifies the addition of the ship to a game by making it a process of following the steps. Even just for the cut-and-paste factors it comes in handy. It's very disappointing to see mods being submitted without so much as a faint attempt at offering more detailed assistance with the mod's installation, especially when the instructions ("just unzip and copy") could cause other mods in the game to stop working. The A2 community expects better at this point in the continued development of mods for this game. :cool:
This vessel is apparently intended for the takeover of donuts in-game. In theory you should be able to use it to take over other vessels as well. It's a basic design, with simple textures. Cutesy
