It\'s unique Romulan appearance, which is by design, does seem to fit it\'s bill as a Neutral-Zone patrol cruiser - for instance, if the Romulans would come across this vessel it would throw them off for a while (provided this vessel had a way of masking it\'s Federation signature) It definitely needs more work to be honest [b]- IKS[/b]
