Bekta Class

build --if it isn't a Bird of Prey, and even then, depending on WHICH BoP you mean-- is bigger than anything else out there. The Bekta class puts a lot of other designs we've seen lately in the shade. A medium cruiser, instead of trying to out Negh'var the Negh'var, it nicely bridges the gap between the Vor'cha and Voodieh designs. While some parts of the design seem a little strange (TEN impulse engines? am I seeing things right?), the overall shape and weapons complement makes it more than suitable for the defense of the Empire. Once again, Cyberash delivers a quality model worthy of downloading, but neglects to include build buttons, wireframes or admiral's log pics with his mods. While it might not seem like a big deal with something like his recently-released and really awesome New Orleans class design, one would think that, given how good this design is, Ash wouldn't hesitate to include the little things, too. What IS included, however, is the Milkshape file on this battlecruiser. So you can see for yourself how Ash made the Chancellor proud with this design. This one is truly an honour to download.
