The Borg planet has debris, a working Locutus Cube, a working Nexus, and a Not working Starfleet command. the other four planets have either working enterprise Es, working Enterprise ds, or both. Two of the planets have two working Starfleet Commands. One of the two SC Earths has two Enterprise ds. *: You can enter the temporal gates, but I put them on the map at random.
