Blitzkrieg 2 Multilanguage Hotfix

This hotfix improves online connection performance in the game. The hotfix only works for the full retail versions, except Russian. It is also not valid for the multiplayer demo.
The hotfix also allows access to the nival.net server which has just been optimized for even better performance. The hot fix is valid for all retail versions, except Russian. It is also not valid for the multiplayer demo.
