This is a prototype Excelsior Class ship. The most noticable differance is the TMP era warp nacels. Textures are a little off but Its still a nice ship. Its balanced well with other TMP era ships.
this is a lighter version of the miranda, it has less hull and no torpedoes, more details in the read me this will make a nice addition to your federation fleet :)
