Prometheus Bridge (Low)

changes: [list] [*]Fixed installer error where bridge would not install without BPCore. [*]Fixed WalkFX issue where player would fall through the floor. [*]Cleaned up a few textures. [/list] Additionally I have changed this lower spec version so that instead of having lower resolution textures, it instead has no texture anims (which will give more of a performance boost at less cost).
