Kessok Tactical Officer replacement

commanders voices, and sounds very out of place. If you have never played all the way through Bridge Commander, this is ok. But for you out there that have, and have heard what the Kessok commander sounds like, then the voices are really out of place. If you are looking for a change of pace, grab it. Otherwise stick with Felix.
This file will replace Felix with the Kessok seen in the screenshot. Graphicaly this is a great replacement. But the sounds could use a little work. This file uses the Felix and one of the klingon
