Marauder improvment mod

are strong and it can take some decent hits. Still seams a bit easy for a ship that should be roughly comparable to a galaxy class. Some of the weapon system hitpoints could be turned up a little.
This mod will improve the stats on the marauder so it will compete with p81's ships. I played against it with a galaxy class, and took some damage. Can't say it was bad damage, but it's beam weapons
