This sfx mod basiclly mimics the Fed Torpedo sounds heard on the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine series. This mod "will" overwrite your Standard(Photon Torp .wav) file. So make a back up.
This file replaces the weapon sound effects for CG\'s Soveriegn. Although the Quantum sound does not sound very much different from existing ones, the Photon sound is excellent.
These are TNG Photon and Quantum torpedo sounds. I didnt notice any real big changes from the other version I had but you must give it a try. They are better than the stock sounds.
This is the SFX used for the Klingon torpedo used by the K\'Vort against the Bortas in TNG \"Redemption.\" I attempted to duplicate the sound effect of the torpedo using Audacity Audio Editor. Enjoy!
