Kissinger class

cruiser spec. Phaser should be much higher since they're set to 1 second bursts. It's dificult to get a decent volley from any of the pahsers. I also found the aft phasers aren't much good either.
This kitbash of a Galaxy class looks decent, but is rather weak when it comes to fighting. I lost to a signle galor, though I admit I wasn't trying very hard. Phasers and shields are set to light
