One of the changes lies in the weapon names in the lower-right-hand corner of the screen; the author implies that the new names are more realistic, even as he renames the M2 Frag Grenade to the M2 Pineapple and the M1A1 Thompson to the Tommy Gun. I try not to be overly critical when judging these mods because everyone has his or her own opinion, but the name thing sort of turned me off to this mod. Oh well.
