KnifeInFace's Canadian Skins (v.2)

Once again, KnifeInFace's second release of these skins look very different than the originals, but I like 'em way more!!!
I got rid of all the decorations, since it's not accurate. I left the armpatch and changed the hues of different spots on the uniform, making it the most realistic Canadian skin yet (just need the helmet). Put the file in the "Main" fold
