The new Russian Federation has the most powerful units in the game, but their infantry is weak individually; they are cheaply trained and are trained quickly, but they only are effective in numbers. Upgrades for the Russian Federation will reduce costs of your units and increase firepower for your units as well. The USA, China, and the GLA have been revamped also. There is a new "Anti-Aircraft Tier System", which will give aircraft a better chance to survive by lower tier Anti-Aircraft fire. The best against other aircraft in this mod are the Tier 3 units: other aircraft that engage the enemy in the skys! New maps and harder computer opponents complete this mod as being a great mod for time to come.
