U.S and China OVERPOWER Mod

it. ps. I did this by myself, so don`t HATE!!! Pss. Its Open source, so do what ever you want to it. To Install Just dump the files inside, into the zero hour directory. changes... I removed alot, to make the game stable... thats about it. Note: this is just a super U.S.A and china mod, it is very lame.
