you start out as an infantry, you can 'work' at places to get money. With the cash you can buy vehicles for you from a Motorcycle, SUV and Ferrari to Helicopters and Harriers. The map has many different parts from suburbs to a skyscraper city, from a military base and aircraft carrier to a ferris wheel and casino! You'll spend quite some time exploring it.
