Signal Weapon

time to beat some zombies down. It includes both first and third person models. The third person animations are the same as the flash light, the first person are completely new. The weapon as been added on the second Mars City level in the Marine HQ weapon storage, outside of the code locked weapon room. There is also a new PDA near the weapon explaining how this signal arrived on Mars. The mod doesn't overwrite any of the standard weapons. NOTE: This is intended to be a silly mod.
