New Effect Shaders (1.0)

This mod is a simple mod that replaces some the magical and enchantment effects that appear on weapons and players.
Adds new effects for enchantments making weapons look more "imbued". It doesn't require anything else other than what's included and your existing weapons and spells should be able to use the new effects. Pretty simple mod that's just for show, if
