This mod simply allows you to refuse to help Jauffre once you deliver the amulet to him, ending the main quest. I personally think this helps with roleplaying a character who would not take it upon himself/herself to save the world.
Playing as an evil character, I found it somewhat annoying that I couldn't get rid of the Amulet of Kings and the quest to deliver it without breaking character. This mod simply allows you to refuse to help Jauffre once you deliver the amulet to
