What this mod does is change the effects of Nirnroots and the Elixers of Exploration. It DOES NOT just make the Elixers of Exploration stronger, it changes them completely; the Elixers are replaced by moderately-to-extremely powerful Poisons.
One of (if not) the largest quests in Oblivion is collecting all of the Nirnroots in the game, and trading them for Elixers of Exploration. I personally love collecting the Nirnroots, but I never thought the rewards were useful enough to my character
