Silentsam's Vampirism v1.0

The changes to vampirism are very simple, I went to the script and changed the values of the strengths and weaknesses at the different stages of hunger. The well fed are at their most powerful, and hunger your weakest.
First off the storyline in Oblivion itself states that not feeding causes weakness in a vampire. I don't know why they decided to change it for the game play. I understand the idea of balance for the player, but I think that the game play should stil
