Delta Quadrant Weapons Mod

Tetryon and Photon. The Vidiian weapon is pretty nice, from the looks of it, it resembles the actual weapon pretty nicely. The Hirogen rifle looks a little too flat and needs some more 3d work to it. The new sound changes sound very muted and similar.. though interesting, nonetheless :). The new detpack explosion sound has a lot of static in it which kind of ruins the effect.
