Type-3a Phaser Rifle

to: Type-3a Phaser Rifle [*] changes the scope to look like 1 from a type 3a phaser rifle [*] Changes Sniper vaporisation effects in Multi player[/list] I like the sounds actually. Gives a whole new feel to the rifle! The vaporisation effect didn\'t seem all too different from the normal one (to me).. except maybe a bit more brighter and yellow :) I think the sounds in this file should atleast be checked out.. though the yellow scope change looks very flat and needs some more work.
