Reveals the whole map in EU3 during a game by using a event. This is a cheat.
This file should be placed in a mod. Place it in the EU3/mod/modname/events folder. you will have to manualy fire this event from the console. type 'event 13903' in the console to activate this cheat event. select on area at a time and the event kee
