NanoMods mod patch

releasing a patch for his NanoMod, addressing some key problems and bugs that were identified; such as: Improved the Tower Defense NanoMod: a tool is no longer lost if its owner dies, goes spectator or disconnects. Fixed the heightmap size problem on the map zh_camp that caused lags on every map loaded after it.
