This road can be found near a slope near Kenji. Please note that it is highly recommended that you back up any files just incase you either do not like this modification or your mess up your game.
Here is a modification that will add a new street to Staunton Island within GTA III, this includes buildings and a slope. This is a beta modification and there is a chance that there will be bugs.
