Nice Effects Mod

Here is a modification that will add more realistic effects for GTA: San Andreas.
This modification will change the clouds, water, car lights, explosion effects as well as several other items within the game to that of a better quality that looks more realistic. I don't know much english so i might make many mistaks. put part
