This is a small patch for GTA Vice City that fixes a graphic corruption issue. If you are not having problems with graphics in GTA Vice City, do not install this patch.
Vice TXD is a TXD editor for Grand Theft Auto: Vice City ;) Basicly, its software that allows you to view, extract and modify all the textures contained in TXD and IMG files found in GTA Vice City.
