nfsu speedo

This is a speedometer from need for speed underground 1 that looks great and has easy install instructions and it appears when ever you get into a car.
to in stall simply copy and paste d3d8.dll and speedo into your vice city directory ex. C/Program Files/Rockstar Games/Vice City And your readdy to rock and roll please note that i did not make this mod but i do not know the autor ... have fun
