Dragonball: Source v0.1.23 Server Patch

[b]Fixes:[/b] -Teleport bug that allowed you to teleport through walls and caves has been fixed -Stats recording rounds won/lost -Stats now shows correct favorite character -Power struggles can only be joined by teammates -Charge bars are more accurate and even now -Can kick/punch furniture -Turbo fly twitching animation fixed -Fixed possible map change crash bug -Fixed generic charged beam kills not being counted on stats -Fixed double sunday charge effect and firing errors [*] [b]Additions/Changes:[/b] -Player name now shows up when you put your crosshair over them -Melee damage adjusted slightly -Rank will be updated only on map change, saves alot of time not having to sort the stats list too often -Win 2000 stats exp points for winning a round -Lose 1000 stats exp for losing a round -Removed some hl2 console commands like spawning jeeps and airboats -Lowered detail on character normal maps
