This skin just looks like the author super-contrasted it and painted over the torso with black, and slapped the punisher logo on his chest. If you look closely at the face you can see that the author just used the paintbrush tool and smeared some flesh-colored paint on his face over his beard. The effect of this is that, first of all, his face looks like he has smeared make-up on, and it also doesn\'t match from one surface to the next (from the face to the neck/head area). He also looks like he has lipstick on because his chin area is so much lighter than his lips. There is bot support and team support. I suppose this is a good start, though I would suggest learning whatever software you\'re using better so that you can better paint faces so they don\'t look like he fell into a vat of tan paint with his face.
