Tal Erulanei (JA)

battered by Deathbringer as I bet he wanted to review this... however he was right about it being a cool map in JO so when I saw it I had to get it out for JA ASAP! From the slowly rotating lights in the oval room (picture 1) to the cool doors and lights in the green corridors this map looks very nice (picture 2). Of course like all maps it has some minor faults; one problem with curves is getting the textures to look right on them, especially when there are so many and at some joins you can see where the textures suddenly change scaling; due to the smart textures used (i.e. mildly bland) unless you stare you tend to not notice these texture scale changes. The music is quite entrancing and is fitting for the style of the map, I\'m always happy when I can leave the music on. The only other music that would have fit (and I would have left cuz I\'m a huuuuuuge fan) is Enya. It is a very serene map. One to keep and if you don\'t mind mazes to play frequently.
