Although if you were clever and quick you could simply pull the axe out of the bat and then chop the bat in half, your opponent would then be left with half a bat while you have a rusty axe, which should even the scores somewhat, no? As with all of our former staffer Jose's creations, both the texturing and modelling work is most impressive. The textures are a nice high resolution and the model itself has enough poly's to have nicely three dimensional nails sticking out of the bat. One thing I am puzzled about though is why the nails are not sticking out with the pointy side up, which would surely make such a weapon even more frightening. This weapon mod also has some nice new sound effects, which rounds it off nicely. Upon seeing this menacing creation I had one of those C-3PO "oh my!" moments… A baseball bat with an axe and multiple nails embedded in it is not the kind of thing you want to see your opponent
