Force Pike

in the construction of swords to turn spears from hunting instruments into weapons of war. Reinforced with cortosis and modifed for flexibility, and with a built-in energy shield (in many cases), force pikes were the weapon of choice for Jedi hunters, as the cortosis enabled the weapon to block lightsaber energy blades, and the energy shield allowed the user to inflict paralysis on an opponent. Of course, this force pike basically functions as a dual-bladed saber. Which isn\'t bad as such, it does add variety. In the way of critiques, there\'s not much. Model is basic, but if any of you have [i]seen[/i] a force pike in KotOR2, you\'d know there\'d be little point adding more detail. The texturing on the grip could be a little better, but heck, it\'s not like you\'ll be doing an up-close inspection. There\'s nothing particularly remarkable about the weapon itself, but there\'s not supposed to be. It\'s your generic, Star Warsy weapon, and for that purpose it\'s more than sufficient.
