detonator has a thumb switch. Energy balls don't have switches at all. (2) The Gungan energy bombs don't explode in a firey cloud. In fact I don't think they "explode" at all, do they? In any case, they're energy based and not fire based. Another problem with this particular mod is that the "skin" is simply an MS paintover. The skins have been painted over with a flat blue. No new sounds or EFX modifications have been made, so it's basically a blue thermal detonator. ~Inyri
This mod is supposed to transform the thermal detonator into the Gungan energy bombs seen in Episode 1. There are two fatal flaws with this idea if you just plan on doing a reskin. (1) The thermal
