up it looks like he just blurred the scratches out of the textures; it looks almost blurry. The seems also visibly don't match, though whether this is the skinner's fault or an error from the original model I couldn't say. Team skins are included, but the real downfall here is no shader. You can always tell someone who doesn't know how shaders work, because they just add in the model's original shader without editing it. This author included all of the shaders from Clones Ultima (all 12 of them) and didn't seem to have changed a one of them. Therefor no shader effects. Therefor no shiny clone trooper. There is also no NPC or BOT support, though the author left the bot personality file in the PK3 and left an empty NPC folder. The sounds.cfg file is also pointing to a sounds folder that doesn't exist. I would have to guess that the folder it is pointing to is the original Clones Ultima sounds, so if you don't have Clones Ultima, don't expect the sounds to work.
