So, Saint Scoundrel's second submission here honestly looks very similar to his first one; the outfit seems to be the exact same he used from the Tarados Gon skin, but the main feature here is the species change. At the very least, it looks really good. The only thing I would suggest this time is giving him a robed and a robed/hooded version to make him more diverse.
