The author made changes to the appearance.2da file instead of having model changing files. It’s also the basic clothing class, which replaces all of the selectable PC’s and party members as seen in the screenshot. The idea behind this is to have you be able to wear those uniforms since you do at one point in K1 become a student at the Sith Academy on Korriban. Even though the author made two wearable items with this mod, one labeled male and the other female, I don’t think it really makes a difference which one you wear anyway because your PC being either male or female will still look the same since it is an appearance.2da change. It also means that all default clothing will make you look like you’re wearing a Sith uniform. Also the author attempted to make the new clothing/uniform worth 7000 credits, but didn’t change the additional cost in the UTI files, so it will still be worth 1 credit. This mod does use the TSL Patcher to make the changes to the appearance.2da file automatically and make this mod compatible with other mods you are using out there that use the appearance.2da file.
