The regular multi-stim, for instance, gives the benefits of the adrenal stim and the battle stim, while the multi-hyperstim gives the benefits of the hyper-adrenal stim and the battle stim, and the multi-Echanistim gives the bonuses of the hyper-adrenal stim and the Echani battle stim. (I\'ve typed that word how many times now? :p) Handy to use in the middle of a battle! Since using a stim takes a full round of combat, it normally takes you 2 rounds to use any of the above listed combinations. With these, though, it\'s only one round with the bonuses of two. Useful mod if you\'re using the hardcore mod, since you\'ll need every bonus you can get there. Though this mod uses a 2da file it also uses the patcher, so no worries about compatibility.
