L4D Aztec v1

An adaption of de_Aztec from CS:S for Left 4 Dead.
As suggested, I have begun to create a series of CS:S to L4D maps, and this is the first. When starting the map, please keep in mind on first launch it may crash once or twice, the first time if you get the option "break in debugger" click it. Anothe
