Pirates of the Caribbean Build 14 Alpha v8.5 Patch

This is an update for Build 14 Alpha 8 and is intended for development and testing purposes. As always, there's many things still bugged and unfinished, but it should at least work better than Alpha 8. We need to test this version over the next week
