A few ideas for a faster Resident Evil 4 NTSC village fight.
The NTSC GC version is notorious for the significant differences in the village battle compared to the PAL and Japanese versions. On the PAL and Japanese versions, the player only has to kill *2* ganados to start the cutscene, while on the NTSC
