This is a change of the popular Horror Mod by Dancal. This version removes all the weather effects from the mod.
I "ColTeH" have not made any changes to any files that are in the horror mod 0.3. I have only taken out the weather affects as i left the game was fun n all with out the short view distance but i have kept all the Random spawning of the ZOMBIES!!
