Borg Omega Particle Containment Facility (ODFs)

Firestorm603 has given us the means to access the aforementioned vestigial Collective station. So now you can build as many of 'em as you want.
The neccesary files for the Containment facility should actually already be in your game, but in case they are not, i've included them here. After checking if they are there or not (if they aren't paste them in) add this line to your gui_global:
