"canon" Borg Assimilator adjustment

This is a alteration to the stock assimilator that makes it more powerful and changes the textures a bit.
Right a quick mod that makes the Borg assimilator more accurate in both textures and odf stats a more realsitic cuting beam is included new torpidos and new texures for the cutting beam will be in the next pack Credits ------------------------
