Colonial mobile tylium refinery

The new version of Battlestar Galactica features a mobile tylium refinery that has a prominent role in several episodes. And this mobile refinery is set up to serve as an actual in-game refinery, with the previously released mining ship.
all credits are in the readme file all i did was convert it to armada WITH PERMISSION OF COURSE put the odf's,textures,baitmaps and sod's into the corresponding folder after you have done that go to the sprites folder. open your gui_global fil
