These are two Section 31 ships.
5 years after Voyager returned from the Delta Quadrant, Section 31 aquired technology deemed classified by Dept. of Temporal Incursions. It was incorporated into 2 ships, the Defiant Class and the Klingon Bird of Prey. To Install Put odfs int
