This is my second mod, which I am pretty happy with. Normally, I do stuff with the feds, but I realized that the Romulans had little to no advantage over the other races like the others do. So this is my attempt to give them something.
Romulan spies managed to steal tech specs for the Defiant class starship. Outfitted with not only a cloaking device, it also carries a cloak enhancer, and a holo-emitter to destroy the Federation.
