D'deridex Class C

This odf tweak turns the Romulan Warbird into the D'deridex Class C, the predecessor to the D'deridex Class that appeared in 2364. Small addon which changes some of the ODF properties of the ships so don't epect too much from this ship.
the D'Deridex class C as mentioned form the next generation episode Yesteday's Enterprise the war bird is what would be come the D'Deridex class please note that this in not a new model but is a differnt ship and will not overwrite any ships
